Meeting of the executive board and executive committee normally held the first Monday of the month.  Held on Tuesday in September due to the Labor Day holiday.

We meet the 2nd Monday of the month.  We gather for a half-hour social followed by the meeting with lunch afterwards at a local restaurant.

Guild members provide play-themed food spread for each show’s first rehearsal. Also, we meet the actors, director, designers, technicians, staff, and interns who create the magic on the stage of Meadow Brook Theatre.
